Project details

The two towers express a bold sculptural identity, with fluid, wing-like silhouettes that evoke motion, lightness, and elegance. Angled toward the Burj Khalifa, the towers boast panoramic views across Dubai Canal, Business Bay, and the dynamic skyline beyond. Their slender proportions create a distinctive visual presence within the district.

Expansive 360-degree balconies wrap each residence, dissolving the boundary between indoor and outdoor living. These generous terraces extend living spaces, frame dramatic vistas, and provide natural shading, while floor-to-ceiling glazing floods interiors with daylight and uninterrupted views. Softly contoured balcony edges and recessed glazing lines balance expressive form with modern precision.

Located within the Creekside District of d3, the residences will benefit from a curated waterfront lifestyle enriched by high-end retail, dining, hospitality, and cultural offerings along a vibrant promenade. The Artistry Residences deliver a refined living experience shaped by design excellence for elevated urban living.
