About the role

This role sits within the Finance function based in our Melbourne studio and supports the Studio Leader – Finance, Regional Finance Manager, and Studio Management. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the studio’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on accounts payable, project setup, resourcing, and compliance.

We are open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable, expense claims, and corporate card reconciliations.
  • Set up and maintain projects, phases, and resource allocations.
  • Draft, issue, and follow up on client invoices and outstanding debtors.
  • Support timesheet entry, training, and compliance with deadlines.
  • Manage employee leave records and prepare monthly payroll reports.
  • Assist with financial reviews, audits, and budget preparation.
  • Provide general finance admin support across Melbourne and Auckland studios.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Commerce.
  • Experience in an Accounts Assistant role or similar.
  • Experience with accounting software (BST is a plus).
  • A high level of skill in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is essential.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
