New Structured Pathways and Elevations Announced.

Woods Bagot has announced 17 individual elevations and a new structured pathway that provides greater relevancy to its current branding of leadership. The pathway is based on years of experience both within and outside the firm and allows for an identifiable career trajectory within the global studio.

The new Associate Principals are as follows:

  • James Hickerson, New York
  • Christiana Kyrillou, San Francisco
  • Hazel Porter, Melbourne
  • Simon Saint, London

The new Principals were also announced after a rigorous annual nomination and presentation process as follows:

  • Carsten Lange, Shanghai
  • Bronwyn McColl, Brisbane

In addition, the elevation of two new Directors—Pearl Huang in the Shanghai Studio and Domenic Alvaro in the Sydney Studio—reinforce the firm’s commitment to global growth and focus on recognizing exceptional talent within the business as future visionary leaders.
