Woods Bagot Adelaide was awarded the 2017 SA Property Business of the Year, an award that recognises South Australia’s outstanding property business of the year and sponsored by KPMG Australia. “Our commitment to working together cohesively as a team paves the way for success,” said Director Thomas Masullo. “We at Woods Bagot are honoured to receive this award as we continue to strive for excellence.”
Companies who were nominated for the award had to provide a business profile that included a description, a strategic approach, key team members and core business activities. The selection criteria involved demonstrating excellence in client service, illustrating the development and growth of people, showcasing major achievements over the past five years, exemplifying innovations, explaining how the business supports the Property Council of Australia (PCA) and the broader SA community and describing the strategies in place to address challenges.

Additionally, Thomas was one of five finalists to have received the SA Property Professional of the Year Award, recognising individuals who portray outstanding performance in their profession. The award was open to all professionals related to the commercial property sector who are members of the PCA.
The SA Young Property Professional of the Year Award recognises excellence and outstanding achievement by a young property professional, and Woods Bagot’s Senior Associate Milos Milutinovic was one of five finalists. The PCA believes that these young talented professionals are the key to future growth in the industry.
“It is a privilege to be among the five finalists for the SA Young Property Professional of the Year Award,” said Milos. “I am deeply humbled and inspired as I join this group in further fostering ideas and nurturing innovations.”
