As our North American momentum continues to grow, Rick Gunter, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP joins Woods Bagot as Los Angeles Studio Chair. Rick’s pedigree is impressive and his portfolio covers a vast range of project scales, with extensive connections throughout Los Angeles. With over 30 years of experience and a proven track record, his long term value to clients is a perfect complement to lead our team.

As part of this important partnership, Christiana Kyrillou will continue to build on her client-focused leadership with 20+ years of experience in large scale mixed-use projects around the globe.

With her continued emphasis on business development as the mixed-use sector leader in LA, together with this expanded local leadership team, Christiana will be able to bring great attention and customized service to clients pursuing major strategic project opportunities of complexity and scale.

The third key part of our new leadership team is Matt Ducharme who represents a pivotal part of the global design picture at Woods Bagot.  As West Coast Design Leader, Matt heads a diverse group of collaborators that combine global expertise with a process of engagement, empathy, and creative problem-solving.  He has led award-winning projects in the U.S. and Australia that include civic, mixed-use, towers, next-generation performing arts facilities, stadiums, and master planning.

The formulation of this new leadership team demonstrates our dedication to the needs of our clients in what is one of the most exciting cities, not just in the USA but in the world.
