The Defence Logistic Transformation Program (DLTP) was established to provide a National transformation of Defence supply chain and includes a national alignment of building function and services in order to provide the best support possible to Defence Operations. DLTP was delivered in six works packages. Work Package (WP) 1 focused on works at the Defence National Storage Distribution Centre (DNSDC) Moorebank NSW & Joint Logistics Unit (Vic) (JLU (V)) Bandiana, Victoria.
The two sites under modernisation and redevelopment in WP 1 included an array of building types, including large, adaptable warehouse structures, administrative support facilities, site services upgrades, and specialist facilities including vehicle and heavy equipment workshops.
Woods Bagot, in association with HDR Rice Daubney, were contracted to provide masterplanning, architectural and interior design services for Package 1.
