About the role 

The role of the Systems Analyst is to provide technical assistance for users and managers of the Finance and CRM systems. The role ensures that the systems are performing optimally, and changes are orchestrated and executed to achieve their objectives. Woods Bagot utilise Dynamics 365 CRM for marketing, business planning, contact and opportunity management and BST for finance functions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• System administrator of CRM and BST Finance systems. 
• Support, maintain and enhance existing Dynamics 365 customizations 
• Provide technical support to end users. Maintain the CRM and Finance systems’ data integrity. 
• Coordinate testing, training, and system upgrades 

• Interpret system data for reporting purposes 
• Technical advisor responsible for gathering, refining, and documenting business requirements. 

About you 

As the successful candidate you will have past experience working with a collaborative, dedicated and resourceful team.  

You will be able to demonstrate 

• Experience delivering excellent technical support for ERP and CRM systems. 
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical documentation 
• Demonstrated experience in CRM technical support 

• Understanding of the principles of accounting as they relate to a services organization 
• Business intelligence analytical and reporting skills 
• Experience in javascript, C# and SQL 
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and/or SSRS desirable 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels 
• Willingness to learn and contribute towards business goals
