About the role

The role of the Senior Technical Designer is, to conceive, collaborate and consolidate design ideas.

With an agile ability to solve complex designs into tangible Revit models and drawings, coordinating and presenting to multidisciplinary sub-consultants in Structure, MEP, Cost and Areas.

About you

You will have a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience, within an international architecture firm in the Middle East, and a proven track record of abilities in multidisciplinary design studios.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to review all aspects of a project including, but not limited to; plans, renders, area schedules, cost reports, structural and MEP reports, and landscape reports
  • Ability to work across a range of project types and scales
  • Knowledge of standards in the Middle East
  • A portfolio showcasing architectural projects (projects worked on with significant involvement)

You will be proficient in the following systems:

  • Revit
  • Enscape
  • Rhino (beginner to intermediate)
  • Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Architectural registration or membership affiliate preferred
