About the Role

The role of the Senior Documenter is to assist the Project Leader in the production of our award-winning projects. This position will contribute to the vision and objectives of Woods Bagot and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and ability to convert the scope into Revit delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team in the development and delivery of major projects.
  • Undertake production of projects in accordance with the brief. Deliver clear and concise documentation packages suitable to the project phase.
  • Collaborate with the project team and consultant team to constructively drive the technical resolution of the design. Respond to project correspondence as directed by the Project Leader.

About You

As the successful candidate you will have excellent documentation skills with a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in the Architectural field, specifically using Revit. You are excited about developing your career with a global practice and collaborating with your colleagues to produce world renowned architecture.

You will be able to Demonstrate:

  • 7 years+ experience (or equivalent) documenting in Revit ideally on large-scale architectural and interior design projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of architectural documentation process and technical capabilities.
  • Experienced in developing documentation for all phases of design and delivery, with consideration of Risk and Quality Management.
  • Ability to lead and manage the project BIM model (with the assistance of the studio BIM Manager).
  • Ability to co-ordinate and deliver a documentation set suitable to the project phase.
  • A collaborative approach to the technical resolution of the design.
  • Ability to work as a part of a high performing team and collaborate on projects.
  • Keen eye for design and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of local standards and regulations essential.
