Position Overview:  Our vibrant and energetic San Francisco Studio is in search of an enthusiastic and well-organized Candidate to provide comprehensive administrative support to our hustling and bustling San Francisco studio.   A professional that thrives working and supporting creatives possessing the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Skills that are Relevant:

We are seeking to identify a solid Office Administrator to join our team.

Experience in creative design environment a plus.

Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.

      Must be able to perform increasingly challenging administrative tasks within a complex organization with minimal supervision.

Expertise in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and affiliates, both verbally and in writing.

Reception responsibilities:

  •      Phones
  •      Meet & Greet Clients
  •      Escort to meeting rooms
  •      Coordination of meetings
  •      Calendaring
  •      Travel arrangements
  •      Expense management
