Marketing Intern

Position Overview

• Marketing Intern is responsible for organizing, communicating and using graphic design skills to prepare capability statements, submissions, tenders, bids and other documents for the studio in a deadline-oriented environment.

Deliverables

• Timely preparation of CVs, capability statements, submissions, tenders & bids.
• Maintaining & ensuring the Intranet & website are up to date at all times.

Competencies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
• Ability to build relationships, influence and engage with internal stakeholders
• Can do attitude and calm under pressure
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Experience / Technical Skills

• Computer skills-MS Office, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Undergraduate student
• Interior Design or Graphic Design background would be a plus
