As Contracts and Commercial Manager, you will oversee the commercial operations of the studios and projects across our Sydney, Brisbane and Perth studios.
Working closely with studio leaders, stream leaders, project managers and finance teams, you will be providing commercial direction, negotiation, establishment and variations for major projects to deliver them to a profit. This includes assisting project leaders resolve commercial issues during the life of projects.
You will also be supporting the practice in its compliance with legislative and industry compliance activities.
