This is a really fantastic Sydney-based opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist / Coordinator to join a small and friendly global L&D team. About the Role
The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery of learning and capability development experiences throughout the entire employee lifecycle. As an all-round learning specialist, you will be responsible for in-house learning programs and providing technical expertise.
Reporting to Head of Talent and Development, you will be partnering with the broader global People and Culture (Human Resources) team, senior business leaders, and subject-matter-experts (SMEs) to understand business capability requirements, and their learning priorities and challenges to develop learning programs. You will also play an active role in enabling others in the business optimise delivery, engagement, and retention of their own learning solutions
Your Responsibilities
Being part of a small global team means that the role encompasses a wide variety of activities from instructional design work, learning curriculum design and management, L&D management reporting through to some aspects of the administrative support needed to rollout out global leadership training and implement other leadership and employee development activities. As the L&D Specialist, this means you will be involved in the full end to end process – course design, delivery and implementation.
