We are seeking a technically proficient and narrative-driven designer in Sydney to join us in bringing our clients’ visions to life. We take pride in our ability to provide bespoke solutions that enhance the customer experience while addressing the unique challenges of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare concept designs for our current body or work as well as assisting with pitching for high-end residential projects
  • Prepare space planning and schematic design schemes for award winning design projects
  • Prepare design development presentations and documentation
  • Liaise with engineering services and specialist sub consultants
  • Prepare tender documentation package including drawings, schedules and specifications
  • Prepare construction documentation package including drawings, schedules and specifications

 

About you

As the successful candidate you will have past experience working with a collaborative, creative and resourceful team. You will have worked across various phases of projects and have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills further.

With a growth mindset you will fit into a studio of high-performers and the existing team culture, as well as a possessing a passion for details and desire to learn.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • 6+ years’ experience (or equivalent) working in the interior design field
  • Proven experience within single dwelling or bespoke multi-residential project is essential
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Revit skills and capability of using independently is essential
  • Demonstrate sound skills in overarching concept design to design development
  • Technical knowledge and ability to developing detail and take the design through to documentation
  • Ability and confidence in dealing with suppliers
  • Familiar with Australian building regulations and standards
  • InDesign and Photoshop skills
