Designer – Architecture

About the role:
- Assist the design leader from conceptual design process to design development process and take the active role in the development of design development of design solutions together with their integration and maintenance throughout the subsequent design
- Develop conceptual design solutions to the design problems agreed with client together with providing assistance to the Design Leader and Project Leader in the presentation of those solutions to the client
- Undertake thorough research of both client’s needs and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of design parameters and problems
About you:
- Degree holder in architecture from recognized institution
- 3-4 years full time post graduate experience, preferable in international design firm
- Demonstrate creative design & experience in large commercial projects
- Strong conceptual design sense in modelling, façade, etc
- Good team player and communication, presentation skills
- Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD and Revit, etc
- Spoken & written English, Mandarin will be preferred
