Designer/Architect

About the role

The role will be based in our Perth studio and will assist Principals and other Project Leaders to deliver projects with high quality design outcomes for our clients.

This position requires an strong, design-minded Architect/Designer, with a high level on conceptional capability.

This is a career growth opportunity that will allow you to gain valuable experience working alongside our Principals and other Project Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Principal in charge in the ideation and evolution of our projects design and assist in resolving complex design issues
• Ability to communicate in sketches, 3D vignettes and technical drawings
• Manage the day to day running of projects including client liaison
• Undertake the production of the project in accordance with that brief
• Liaising and ability to coordinate with external consultants, including cross checking of
• Happy to be hands on and work across the documentation stages when required

About you

As the successful candidate you will have experience working with a collaborative, creative and resourceful team.

You will be able to demonstrate

• 4+ years’ experience (or equivalent) working in the Architecture field
• Hold a Masters Degree in Architecture
• Proven experience on large scale projects
• Proven experience creating forward thinking design concepts
• Revit skills highly desirable
• Demonstrate skills in overarching concept design to design development
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements
• Ability to mentor and guide less experience team members
