Studio Co-Ordinator (maternity leave, 12 month cover)

About the role:

Woods Bagot is hiring a Studio Co-ordinator (12 month contract, maternity leave cover) to assist with the smooth running of our London studio in Fitzrovia.

This role is integral to the provision of an inspirational working environment and an exceptional client experience. Your welcoming smile will greet staff and visitors and your can-do attitude will keep the studio operating effectively. You will support with administration and enjoy a wide variety of tasks including Marketing and HR.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Front of House including all Reception duties, ensuring a high quality client & staff experience
  • Develop excellent professional relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Responsible for facilities management, co-ordination of all planned and emergency maintenance requirements
  • Assist with recruitment, inductions and learning activities
  • Assist with internal events and communication (staff training/social/client events)
  • Responsible for the studio seating plan and co-ordinate desk moves with IT team
  • Manage the studio budget in liaison with Finance Team
  • Responsible for all Health and Safety matters

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Reception and administration experience essential
  • Experience in a similar role desirable
  • High level of skill using Microsoft packages
  • Adobe suite including InDesign advantageous
