Architects / Designers

We have a number of opportunities for mid-level Architects / Designers to join our Melbourne studio to work across projects of varying scales and sectors, alongside a creative and high performing team.

This is an exciting career move that will allow you to take ownership of components of larger scale projects to support the Project Leader. You will have a positive, and professional attitude towards clients and fellow co-workers.

You will have an eye for design, evident in your well put together portfolio and the ability to document independently using Revit is essential to securing this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Project Leader in the ideation and evolution of the project
  • Assist with resolving design issues
  • Ability to communicate/understand sketches, 3D vignettes and drawings
  • Undertake production of the project in Revit, in accordance with WB standards.
  • Respond to project correspondence as directed by the Project Leader 
  • Take direction from the Project Leader and collaborate with the wider team
  • Capable of taking initiative where possible

About you

As the successful candidate you will have an eye for design and an eagerness to learn. 

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • 5+ years post-graduate experience (or equivalent) working in the Architecture field
  • Masters of Architecture
  • Registration is a plus but not essential
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong Revit competence essential
  • Strong Rhino competence preferred 
  • Proven experience assisting with concept design & design development
  • Ability to articulate design process and thinking
  • Solid understanding of architectural documentation process and technical capabilities.
