About the role

This is a career growth opportunity that will allow you to gain valuable experience working alongside our Project Leaders in the design, documentation and delivery of our award-winning projects. This position requires a true all-rounder who is capable of both design and documentation of a project. You will have a positive, and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Project Leaders in the realisation of client briefs
  • Undertaking the production of the project in accordance with that brief
  • Provide technical support on drawings and documentation
  • Work closely with the design team in the review ideation and the evolution of our projects and assist in resolving complex issues
  • Ability to communicate in sketches, 3D vignettes and technical drawings
  • Liaising and ability to coordinate with external consultants, including cross checking of drawings and Revit models
  • Happy to be hands on and work across the documentation stages
  • Respond to project correspondence as directed by the Project Leader but also capable of taking initiative where possible.

About you

As the successful candidate you will have past experience working as part of a collaborative, creative and resourceful team.

You will be able to demonstrate

  • Part 2 or 3 (or equivalent) qualified
  • Strong Revit skills (Dynamo experience advantageous)
  • Strong Rhino skills (including Grasshopper) highly regarded
  • Solid knowledge of the full Adobe suite (InDesign & Photoshop essential)
  • Enscape skills and additional rendering software programmes e.g. Vray highly regarded
  • Demonstrate sound skills in overarching concept design to design development
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • UK standards and regulation knowledge essential

You will be a technically minded individual who can competently translate design to deliver through all phases.
