Marketing Coordinator

San Francisco


The role of the Marketing Coordinator is primarily to implement marketing initiatives and coordinate efforts for significant, multi-million dollar proposals for both public- and private-sector clients. This multi-faceted role requires the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, special projects and support services for our San Francisco, New York Studios and the wider global team.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

Project Pursuits

·         Strategic planning and research for client responses; Submission writing and text review; Graphic design sense and sensibility for the layout of opportunities

·         Design and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with our brand standards and in compliance with client requirements and deadlines

·         Support the interview preparation and rehearsal process

·         Maintain our CRM database of leads, pursuits, and clients

Marketing and Business Development

·         Create and maintain marketing collateral

·         Support the implementation of campaigns to support our regional and global business plans

·         Maintain project and resume data

·         Event planning

·         Assist with public relations/communications efforts, as needed

·         Assist in the regional updating of our intranet and website

·         Assist with scheduling and maintaining project photography Other marketing and business development responsibilities as needed


·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in writing proposals

·         Experience in the A/E/C industry is strongly preferred

·         The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment

·         Solid communication and relationship-management skills

·         A highly organized work style A professional, proactive, service-oriented attitude

Work Experience 

·         A minimum of 1 to 5 or more years of professional marketing/proposal experience.

·         Strong graphic design/layout skills in Adobe InDesign (proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus)

·         Efficiency in using Microsoft Office and other typical business software
