现在越来越多的公司在选择办公地点时趋向于选更大楼板的建筑而不是纯粹追求建筑的高度,我们正是基于这一点设计了该项目。
项目包括四个主要组成部分:
两座裙楼总建筑面积30,000平米
总建筑面积56,000平米的中央核心筒
总建筑面积26,000平米的辅助核心筒大楼
项目中所有组成部分都设有带保安的独立入口大厅。办公空间的使用者不仅能够享用健身俱乐部内的设施而且可以到6,000平米的全玻璃中央零售中庭中尽情购物。项目主要针对的租户是公司和政府机构。


The development provides a total of 144,000 m2 GFA (gross floor area) of quality commercial office space, over 5,000 m2 of retail space and secure parking for 950 cars, 450 bicycles and 100 motor bikes.


The East tower with its centrally located core and only one row of columns to building perimeter provides 75,000 m2 NLA (nett lettable area) over forty levels, with typical office floor plates larger than 2100 m2 NLA.


The West tower with its side core office floor plate and two rows of columns (perimeter and centre of building) provides a total of 45,000 m2 NLA over twenty two levels.


The compilation of towers becomes transparent with a predominant usage of glass façade technology; clear glass corners reduce the visual massing. Northern light is encouraged to enter deep into the site by orientating the towers on a North South axis.
