The Zhengzhou Tiandi Bay Mixed Use Development is located in north new city of Zhengzhou, capital city of Henan Province. It is targeted at creating an impressive landmark of the region while leading the urban development of the north part of city. The development consists of a five-level shopping mall, which will be the recreation centre for neighbour residence and a Radisson hotel supporting future government event as client has government background.

The hotel is located in the south plot to face a pleasant river view and waterfront park to the south, while the retail is located in the north plot but on the same central axis of the hotel building. This assists in providing a graceful public space on both sides of the road.

The hotel’s total construction area is 80,000m² consists of public spaces, 280 guest rooms, a large conference centre and basement back of house.
