Located in the heart of the new Qingdao Laoshan Central Business District, YongXin International Plaza is a mixed-use development that includes residential, office and retail components. This landmark project is currently under construction and sits directly across from the new Qingdao Opera House and adjacent to one of five new public squares in the area.

The site has a very prominent and high-profile central location adjacent to the new Qingdao Opera House. It affords picturesque views in all directions, with views of the striking Qingdao Laoshan Mountain range to the north and east, while to the south and west is the open sea.

On 19 December 2009, the official launch of the YongXin International Plaza was held during a six hour event attended by over 400 people at the Intercontinental Hotel in Qingdao, China.
