The project consists of two sites located adjacent to Dong Jiu Lake with natural water streams meandering throughout the site creating an ecological living environment.

There are approximately 7,000 residential units with 8 different building typologies ranging from town houses, low-rise apartments, mid-rise and high-rise towers providing a large variety to the market and creates a variance in the skyline. The units’ size varies from 80-330 sqm.
