Walkers, one of the largest legal firms based in the Cayman Islands, has appointed Woods Bagot to design a new headquarters building. 

The driving factor for the building, on a large brownfield site, was to implement efficient and functional interior design.  Woods Bagot are understaking both shell and core, and fitout in two phases. Phases one and two will consist of 10,000m² office and 5,000m² respectively, over a total of six floors.  The project commenced with a comprehensive analysis of needs and review of working practices.
