Walkers, one of the largest legal firms based in the Cayman Islands, appointed Woods Bagot to design a new headquarters building. 

The driving factor for the building, on a large brownfield site, was to implement efficient and functional interior design.  Woods Bagot  undertook both shell and core, and fitout in two phases. Phases one and two consist of 10,000m² office and 5,000m² respectively, over a total of six floors.  The project commenced with a comprehensive analysis of needs and review of working practices.
