Woods Bagot was appointed as Architect and Health Planner, Landscape Architect and Interior Designer to provide comprehensive services from brief development, through design and documentation phases and contract administration. Woods Bagot aimed to evolve a building in form that is non-institutional, non intimidating, visually exciting and clear of function and purpose.
