The design derives its inspiration from the sea, hence named as ‘The Wave’.
The site is located in close proximity to the beach towards north, a Race Course towards east, and a Sport Club to the south, with 360 degree unobstructed views around the site. The location offers the residents a variety of leisure, entertainment and sporting facilities within a close vicinity.
It aspires to harmonise the nature’s aesthetics, through a rhythm of balcony profiles, wrapping like a continuous band around the apartments. The profiles are carefully carved in order to represent and accentuate the use of the respective adjoining rooms. All living and dining rooms open up to large profile balconies thus widening the view panorama. Majority of the apartments have double height Living and Dining rooms, accompanied with similar profile balconies.
It offers a range of 3 to 5 BHK apartments, with a total of 14 apartments, integrated double height living/dining and terrace spaces. The design supports up to 50 parking spaces, split over 5 levels, using a mechanised lifting system.
An elevated clubhouse supports this luxurious relaxing lifestyle, swimming pool with 3 Jacuzzi areas overlooking the Arabic sea. Adjoining the pool is a large open air relaxation terrace, a fitness room and supporting changing facilities.
The ‘Wave’ intends to serve as a world class residential building that emblematises as a status symbol of each person who lives in this building.
