Located in Mt Austin Road on The Peak, one of Hong Kong’s most exclusive locations, these apartments overlook Victoria Harbour and one of the most famous skylines in the world.

Featuring spectacular views across the CBD and its iconic buildings, and beyond to Kowloon, capturing these scenic harbour views was on the primary drivers during the planning of the internal spaces.

Woods Bagot was appointed to provide architecture and interior design services, and realise the client’s vision. The project renovated an existing building to provide four high-end duplex apartments, each with three bedrooms and study.

Each apartment offers understated luxury and design, set behind a curtain wall with expansive windows allowing for good sun penetration and capturing the views of Victoria Harbour from the living areas and bedrooms.

The living and dining areas are located within one open space that offers flexibility in entertaining between the two.

A clear distinction between the living/dining areas and the amenities areas are created by the stair that penetrates through the middle of the floorplate, and a feature wall to the kitchen forming the delineation between the two zones.

Furniture layout and finishes within each room have been designed and positioned with balance and scale in mind.
