Saadiyat Beach Resort will be a destination hotel and residential seaside resort offering prestigious coastal living and hotel accommodation off the coast of Abu Dhabi.  It is set within an exclusive golf resort surrounded by the warm waters of the Arabian Gulf.

This resort promises to be one of the most celebrated and sought after tourist destinations in the region and will consist of a 380 key five star luxury hotel accommodation, 253 serviced apartments, 33 signature villas and 75 residential villas.

A variety of restaurants and retail outlets as well as spa, fitness facilities, and two banquet facilities for 550 and 300 guests have all been carefully planned to take advantage of the golf course and beach front location. The design, as required by the client, has been influenced by the Mediterranean Spanish style architecture with a contemporary vernacular to add a freshness to the scheme.
