Rodger is recognised as having excellent commercial skills and an ability to maintain strong management control over the design process in order to satisfy the brief, the budget and the programme. He has managed our Melbourne office for the last ten years as well as acting as a design co-ordinator on a range of large commercial projects through to the stage of tenancy fitout.
His wide experience includes managing his own architectural practice for over seven years, working as a marketing manager at John Holland and project manager and design co-ordinator of major tenancy and building works.
Rodger continues to manage major projects with a sustainability focus including the Southern Cross Redevelopment, Digital Harbour Gateway building and 80 Collins Street mixed use development.
