Woods Bagot Asia was commissioned by Guangzhou R&F Properties – a nation wide property and development organisation, to provide over 10 levels of premium interior design services within their 54 storey headquarters.

The design comprised of two phases, the design development stage where the F&B level, atrium, corporate interiors levels, and display offices were insightfully developed to suit the users’ requirements and needs. The tender package stage involved the design of conference and training/meeting levels, the lecture halls level, executive level and clubs, and also R&F’s own finance and banking centre.

The landmarks of this project are the sky gardens located on each of the four corners on level 45 which to provide a natural, comfortable, boundless atmosphere.
