This AUS$37million project is a 182-bed private facility collocated above the Ambulatory Care and Services Centre of the Prince of Wales Hospital.  It accommodates operating theatres, day procedures and endoscopic suite, together with ICU, CCU and high dependency wards.

The facility also contains six birthing units. There is a 29 bed Obstetrics unit, 14 bed Paediatric department, and 2500m2 of professional consulting suites situated on the eighth floor of the building.
