Treguier is the largest town of the ‘Granit Rose’ on the Northwest coast of Brittany, situated on the wide, deep estuary of the Ria and Aber rivers.

Along the existing old port and promenade are a collection of boating related structures, utilities, services yards, car parking areas and a local marina.

The masterplan concept comprises:

• Marina – total 1000 berths including existing (with boats up to 75 feet), car parking areas and a local marina

• Port Authority ‘Capitan’ - including a pub bar, tourist maritime information
• Promenade ‘street life’ and civic Plaza - landscaping, boardwalks, roadways
• New ferry jetty
• Residential component of three zones:
• Zone A – 80 flats with ground floor retail/cafés
• Zone B – 126 units with separate car park
• Zone C – 60 town houses with ground car parking
