Woods Bagot was successful in a design competition to create a concept for a luxury golf resort in the United Arab Emirates.

The development comprising of approximately 700 acres, also features an 18-hole golf course. This exclusive and luxurious golf course community will feature 21 palaces, 265 mansions, large villas and serviced villas, a full service clubhouse, an academy, a luxury five star + boutique hotel and a spa, pools and fitness centres.
