Woods Bagot has been appointed by Central Regeneration Limited to develop a 600,000 sq ft mixed use scheme in central Liverpool.

The scheme includes two towers of 20 storeys and 25 storeys, a four-star hotel, 440 flats, leisure and retail facilities, and a new public square.
