Joondalup Health Campus (JHC) is the largest hospital and health care services in Perth's North Metropolitan Region. Woods Bagot, in association with HCOA, was involved in the AUD 40million collocation of private and public hospital accommodation.

The 370-bed facility is supported by six Operating Theatres, ICU/CCU, Obstetric, Paediatric, Psychiatric, Medical and Surgical Units, Accident & Emergency and Day Hospital services.

The development also comprised a large medical centre of 800 m² collocated with a Pathology Unit and a Community Health Centre.
