Joondalup Health Campus (JHC) is the largest hospital and health care services in Perth's North Metropolitan Region. Woods Bagot, in association with HCOA, was involved in the AUS$40million collocation of private and public hospital accommodation.

The new 370-bed facility is supported by six Operating Theatres, ICU/CCU, Obstetric, Paediatric, Psychiatric, Medical and Surgical Units, Accident & Emergency and Day Hospital services.

The development also comprised a large medical centre of 800m² collocated with a Pathology Unit and a Community Health Centre.
