James is a practitioner, facilitator and part-time educator interested in all facets of the strategy, design and use of the workplace. He has extensive experience in Europe and the Asia Pacific with the worlds pre-eminent organisations across most business sectors. James has developed workplace strategies for lawyers, professional services firms, investment banks, retail banks, universities and the public sector.

His work at the highest levels of management gives him a unique perspective on the opportunities for the future workplace of users, organisations and suppliers, and in the issues associated with the planning and design of accommodation resources.

James regularly speaks at conferences and has conducted study tours globally. He is regularly called upon by the media for expert opinions on issues of architecture in the workplace.
