Ivan commenced with Woods Bagot in early 2003. All Corporate Services functions report to Ivan, including Finance, HR, Practice Management, Knowledge Management, IT and Marketing. He also provides analytic and strategic support to the Board, Executive Committee and Strategic Planning Group. During his time at Woods Bagot, Ivan has been responsible for a major restructure of the Group. This included the broadening of the shareholder team and changes to the global management and corporate structures.
Ivan came from a similar role as COO/CFO of listed internet recruitment company SEEK Limited, one of the few Australian internet success stories. Prior to that he was management consultant at Boston Consulting Group in New York and Melbourne. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania), Commerce Degree from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
