The Woods Bagot Hong Kong studio is partnering with ERM (the worlds largest environmental consultancy) on a masterplanning and architectural concept study for a new IT park to be constructed in Gurgaon, 20km to the south of Delhi. The project site is a greenfield site, comprising 20 hectares of existing farmland just outside of Gurgaon.
The client, ASF Infrastructure, has recently had the site zoned as a Special Economic Zone that allows tax breaks for IT focused companies that have an aspiration to produce a working environment that promotes sustainability and best practice International workplace design. The total GFA (gross floor area) for the project is 500,000 m2.
