Woods Bagot is currently designing the new Middle East regional headquarters for HSBC who will occupy 20,000m2 of prime office space at the Burj Dubai Business Hub, taking an entire building in the business park.

The design will revolutionise the culture of HSBC in the Middle East. The open plan design is a dramatic departure from the office based layouts of the past. The use of light, materials and spacing are paramount to the success of the project.

In addition to the six floors of workplace, the ground floor will house the retail, premier and corporate interface. This will be the flagship retail experience for the region, and will be used as a template for the future rollout projects.
