This is a major redevelopment of the famous 1930’s Grosvenor House building which fronts Park Lane and overlooks Hyde Park.

The original building was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and the project is in a historic conservation area. The new proposal consists of major adaptive re-use of the internal courtyard, the layout of over 120 suites and the integration of major public areas to create London’s premium apart-hotel.

The project consists of a wide variety of apartment sizes from studios through to penthouse suites and provides for a 6-star luxury that is unprecedented in London.
