Forum Residences is designed as an exclusive premiere residential tower which will combine high end luxury units and residential amenities within a sophisticated aesthetic.

The site fronts boulevard to the north and beach to the south. The project comprises a 23-storey tower on a 3-storey podium.  In addition to a residential program the podium levels feature a swimming pool and amenities for the residents.  At the ground level is retail which addresses both the boulevard and the beach, and activates these edges.

The landscape is consistent with the local flora of the region and will be of a type to require minimal irrigation. The building is crowned with an exterior roof garden accessible to residents of the penthouses.
