Located on the northwest corner of the wider Capital Centre master plan, Capital Centre Residential Tower adjoins the Capital Centre Office Tower and was designed by Woods Bagot.
Woods Bagot’s design responds to the master plan's objectives and provides an iconic built form that maximises apartment views, engages with the established master plan and active public realm, while utilising sustainable design initiatives. The objective of the design was to transform the tower’s footprint into a longer and narrower form, that benefits the apartment units by reducing depth. This provides each unit with better natural lighting conditions and also improves each room’s exterior views.
The 90-metre-high tower comprises of two basements, a ground floor, two podium levels and 20 floors of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
