Woods Bagot has been commissioned by Nakheel to design the twin towers office development as a gateway to the Badrahh District in the Dubai Waterfront. The location of the project and timing of the construction program establishes in tangible form, the standard for the development master plan and quality of the building product.

The design of the towers reflects the contemporary Arabic theme stipulated by the DCR’s through the expression of the towers forming an ‘Arch’, a strong traditional Islamic motif expressing a gateway. The frit pattern on the glazing reflects the traditional Arabic geometric pattern. This pattern is used to form the envelope housing the podium car parking.
