This AU$15 million project provided ACU with a major consolidated campus, prominently located on the Melbourne central business district edge. It involved refurbishment of a six storey building, the construction of new lecture theatres and tele-theatres and the incorporation of fully integrated IT services.

In addition to design, Woods Bagot carried out an extensive briefing and feasibility study which evaluated the use of existing facilities on two campuses and developed a merged facility plan for the new campus.
