Woods Bagot has been awarded a residential apartment project at Port Coogee, which is part of a $900 million coastal renewal project located 18km south of Perth. Port Coogee, one of Australia’s largest coastal renewal developments is a landmark project for Australand and also for the wider community.

The project will be the first apartment development for the precinct and will need to set the benchmark and maintain the vision for the rest of the medium to high density development for the entire area. It is critical that this project has a strong design focus and be able to deliver the aspiration of the community.
