The Project comprises the Master Planning and Concept Architectural Design of the project which is based on a villa resort and space concept including 12 different villa designs, Hotel, Spa, Golf Resort and Retail developments.

The site encompasses an area of approximately 100 hectares and located in the hills of Andalusia. The architectural image for the project is be based on Spanish Modern Houses with attractive vistas to feature lakes in an open and attractively landscaped environment. Whilst the development will be quite open internally, it will be fully secured around the boundary and feature a landscape buffer enclosing the site.
