As part of a major new equine facility in Dubailand, Wood Bagot has developed a residential resort in a village setting. A hilltop hotel and some 500 mixed villa and chalet homes and staff accommodation have been designed to compliment the equine theme.

Woods Bagot also provided masterplanning, architectural and landscape services for the other specialist equestrian facilities including indoor and outdoor arenas, horse riding trails, an equestrian museum, specialist veterinary facilities, a horse spa, equestrian school, a major theatre to house horse related shows, an equestrian theme park and extensive stable facilities, a boutique themed hotel and chalets for equestrian events visitors, a health club, spa and social activities centre and clubhouse and cafe.
