An existing 23 storey commercial building is being transformed into a branded office development on this waterfront location in Macau. Woods Bagot designed all interior public spaces including retail, commercial and public areas. The architectural character of the development is defined by elements drawing form Macau’s street character such as timber louvers, operable shutters and natural air spaces. A composition of dramatic linear lighting elements will frame the tower forms and create a unique element in the skyline.
