Woods Bagot is participating in the 8th Annual China Hotel Investment Conference (CHIC) as a Gold Sponsor.

This influential hotel industry conference is being held 18 and 20 April 2012 at Grand Hyatt Shanghai, China.  

During the conference, Woods Bagot will host a booth showcasing our global hotel and resort experience alongside other projects in  the lifestyle sector.

Principals from Woods Bagot will be attendance to share experience and knowledge with other delegates.

Shanghai-based Principal, Mark Unger, will be presenting: 'The Diversity of Cool'. During the talk, Mark will define the word 'cool' in relation to hotel and resort design, introducing different parts of boutique hotels as 'cool' and the changes to luxury using case studies of the design process.

The theme of this year's CHIC is 'China to Global – Harness the new Initiatives and Opportunities'. The event will offer delegates a chance to meet and connect with key industry players, discuss latest trends and economic insights and create business opportunities.
